Investing in an ERP system that facilitates the efficient running of your business is not like buying a car. You need to make sure Interprise is a good fit for your organisation and will have the key features you need and the flexibility to build efficient processes.

Interprise is about giving you control, defining KPI’s that let you monitor critical areas and about defining workflows that improve your business. The rewards of an efficiently run business will be smoother order processing and inventory control with happier customers leading to improved profitability.

You typically want to start the process with a discussion and demonstration. But before that stage you will probably want an indication of what things cost to make sure it is affordable for you. Unlike most mid-range software providers we do not hide the cost of our software hoping to overcome the objections (and shock) when the proposal is finally presented. We use a simpler (per concurrent user) pricing model and believe we provide the best value for money of any mid-range accounting and ERP solution.

For most consultants, accountants and business owners/managers tasked with the finding the right ERP system this will start with research and with a demonstration. Hopefully you have read enough to be enthused by the many features and benefits of Interprise and the next stage is for us to gain an understanding of your business and its requirements in order to demonstrate Interprise in a meaningful way.

Typically we do this by having a face to face chat; although we can have a conversation over the phone if you feel your requirements are fairly simple. From there we organise a demonstration at your premises, or online if you prefer; we try to be flexible.

On-premise and capital purchase options

The traditional capital purchase model is a one off capital payment with a small recurring support and maintenance monthly charge.  
The capital model only relates to the provision of software to run on your own server(s).  A suitable windows server will be required.
SQL will be provides.  For installations under 5 users this will be SQL express which has limitations which make it unsuitable for larger installations.  For installations over 5 users a full version of SQL will be provided.  Note that SQL is supplied by Interprise as a Microsoft software partner as part of a ‘Unified Solution’ ; this SQL is only licensed to run with Interprise Suite software.

Cloud Hosted Option

This is the pricing for fully hosted Interprise supplied as a service.  This will be hosted within a secure cloud server environment.
You will be required to download and install secure Interprise client software and SQL software provided to you by Interprise Scotland.
Pricing is per concurrent user (not named user) to provide the most flexibility.  Any number of Interprise clients can be installed on PC’s, laptops or windows tablets.

Professional Services

The umbrella classification of what constitutes professional services can get complicated, but we have a simple definition. It is anything that involves labour (our time) that is not support.

So when you start your implementation process you are looking at a series of tasks related to the scoping and setup of Interprise to tailor it to operate the way you want it to and to train your staff to allow them to feel comfortable using Interprise from day one.

Customise & Integrate

Interprise is flexible and because of this it can be customised to meet the exact needs of its users. To help you achieve this you may want us to customise screen layouts, add custom fields and tables, hide sections and menu options, choose what fields you view on dashboards and which you use for searching. You may want report modification, develop custom plug-ins to perform particular task or possibly to integrate Interprise with other systems

Data Conversion & Migration

Using the Interprise Suite data import wizards uploading your static data is a breeze (i.e. customers, suppliers, stock, opening Balances and so on). We have templates already created for most popular products, but no matter which system you currently use (even older bespoke systems) we can extract the data and assist you in cleaning and importing the information.

Output & Reporting (B.I.)

Interprise Suite comes with hundreds of predefined reports which you can customise easily or even generate new reports using the New Report or Document Wizard. Each module (such as Customer, Supplier etc.) has a Reporting and Business Intelligence Dashboards. We also install Interactive Reporting, a web based BI system which you can access from anywhere giving speedy real-time aggregated reports, pivot tables, charts, graphs etc.

Systems Analysis & Design

To make sure we deliver what you need and you know what you are getting, we will do a Scope document. You may wish to employ external Consultants to do this which is great but it can be costly. As part of our service we have this expertise in house and we will spend as much time as is necessary prior to the implementation, analysing your business requirements, designing the correct workflow and documenting configuration and customisation requirements.

Training & Implementation

We provide One-To-One, Classroom and Train-The-Trainer training, or a combination depending on your wishes. Training and Implementation tends to crossover. Frequently during training we establish you need some changes made to the configuration which we do there and then. Document Layouts such as Invoices are tweaked to perfection. The result; you will have all the knowledge you require to use and manage the system efficiently before actually going live.

Full Project Management

Project Management is vital. The success or failure of any project like this is attributed to the Management of the Project. It is important to coordinate with all disciplines, and people to ensure each stage of the project is planned and completed before the next step is carried out. For example there is no point in training staff using demonstration data. We convert your live data first. This is a service we include free of charge.
